Privacy policy

Pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code), as well as in the sense of Regulation n. 229 of 8 May 2014 regarding the use of cookies, visitors to the website are provided with the following privacy statement regarding the use of the data entered and the cookies used. This Privacy Policy is based on Recommendation no. 2/2001, issued by the Working Party on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data established pursuant to art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC. These provisions apply to the websites and portals of Pippo's Mountain Lodge - Stickl GmbH agricultural company and do not concern websites of third parties that may be accessed via a link.

DATA CONTROLLER AND RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

When accessing the website, personal data of the user or data that can be attributed to him may be processed through the use of cookies.
The data controller is Pippo's Mountain Lodge - Stickl GmbH Srl, with registered office at Grumeregg n. 4 - 39054 Oberbozen (BZ). The data subject may exercise the rights granted by art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 by contacting the data controller in order to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist and as to their content and origin, as well as to check their accuracy and request their integration, updating or rectification. The data subject may request that data processed unlawfully be deleted, made anonymous or blocked, and may also oppose the processing of the data in any case where legitimate reasons exist.

PURPOSE AND MEANS OF DATA PROCESSING

Regarding the data processed by cookies, please refer to the section below on the use of cookies.
We inform you that data provided in contact forms or specially created sections (e.g. career, customer area, newsletter order) will be used exclusively for the purposes stated therein. Any other purpose is subject to specific and separate information.
The processing is typically carried out in electronic form, but may also be carried out in paper form.

COMPULSORY OR VOLUNTARY TRANSMISSION OF DATA. CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING 

The data collected to process contact requests, applications or orders of the newsletter or other registrations are necessary to provide the requested services and performances. The consent in these cases is mandatory, any refusal will lead to the impossibility of providing the service.
Consent for additional advertising purposes is voluntary, and any refusal will not result in the impossibility of providing the requested services (unless the section is for advertising purposes).

USE OF COOKIES

NAVIGATION DATA

While navigating the website, a number of information related to the informatic systems used by the visitor are usually collected.
This category of data includes, for example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers or the MAC addresses (or the real locations, Ethernet or LAN, uniquely assigned by the manufacturer of the network card, Ethernet or Wireless).

Profiling cookies. 
Profiling cookies are used to create profiles of users. They are used to send advertising messages customized to the user's preferences and individual online behavior. Since these cookies strongly invade the privacy of the users, the consent of the users must be obtained before their installation, Art. 122 of the Privacy Code.
Analytical cookies.
They are used to monitor the use of the website by visitors and to collect statistics that allow the operator to optimize the site.  The main tool used for this type of web analysis is "Google Analytics", a service provided by Google Inc. that allows for the creation of navigation statistics. The Data Protection Authority has clarified that these cookies are technical cookies if the IP addresses are (at least partially) anonymized and the information is not shared with Google. Otherwise, they are profiling cookies.

Each typology of cookies can be used and managed either directly by the website owner or by third parties (cookies installed and acquired by other operators).
Cookies used by third parties also include the so-called social plugins, i.e. components that enable integration into social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc.) In these cases, the content of the plugins is transmitted by third-party sites directly to the user's browser and integrated into the website by the latter.
